Where can I get my registration key?
Purchases made directly from the Aerize website will have a serial number sent via email, please check your spam folder. If you have the original Serial number and BlackBerry PIN, you can upgrade or change your serial number from an old BlackBerry PIN to a new BlackBerry PIN using the Aerize Cart, there is a small fee associated with the upgrade. Aerize Service CAN'T generate new serial numbers. Serial numbers purchased from Handango and MobiHand work with the Aerize Cart.
NOTE: Serial numbers purchased from the Aerize cart are only for v1.x, the serial numbers are NOT interchangeable with BlackBerry World releases.
NOTE: The device PIN found under Options > Status in your device.
If you purchased from BlackBerry World, all you need to do is delete and re-download the application to receive your serial number again. It will be provided in a pop up dialog box that will prompt you to copy it to the clipboard. You may need to first sign in with your PayPal ID to be able to reconcile the MyWorld purchase history.

How do I set application permissions?
Many of our applications require permissions be granted in the BlackBerry options in order for them to be able to work with your device. To set application
permissions, navigate to BlackBerry Options > Security Options > Application Permissions -- select the application and change each permission
field to "allow."
The on-screen keyboard displays inappropriately on Storm devices
Please disable compatibility mode. On the Storm this can be accomplished by navigating to Options > Advanced Options > Applications,
selecting Aerize Alerts, and then choosing menu > Disable Compatibility Mode.
