Where can I get a new registration key?
Aerize does not manage Serial Numbers provided by our partners. The registration key or serial number is a 5-digit number containing no letters that unlocks the
functionality of the product when successfully entered. Please check to make sure you are entering the correct code.
Please contact the site from which the key was originally purchased and request a new serial number. They will be able to assist you in retrieving your registration code. Please be sure to provide any information relevant to your purchase such as your Device PIN found in your device, your purchase email address and any order or transaction numbers you may have.

How do I set application permissions?
Many of our applications require permissions be granted in the BlackBerry options in order for them to be able to work with your device. To set application
permissions, BlackBerry Options > Security Options > Application Permissions - select the application and enable all permissions.
The SD card doesn't seem to be visible?
In order for the SD card to be visible to the device, ensure 'Mass Storage Mode' is not enabled when you want the device to read from the Media Card.
How do I install applications using Card Loader?
To move applications to the storage card, you can select the 'Save to Card' option when installing OTA (Over-The-Air). You can also move files from a personal
computer to the media card. For more information please see the user manual available above.
How does the save to SD card via OTA option work?
Aerize Card Loader allows you to load and unload applications from the SD Card, much like the BlackBerry Desktop Manager's Application Loader on a personal computer.
This allows conservation of precious device memory, by using the storage space on the media card while the application is not in use.
When saved to SD Card via OTA, a copy is saved to the card while the OTA is downloaded and installed to the device. It will be installed, saved to the device, and saved to the card. You can unload and reload from the SD Card at this point.
The "save to OTA" option doesn't seem to be available.

How does Card Loader work in general?
The BlackBerry contains only a limited amount of flash memory for holding themes, applications, and media. Fortunately all of the most recent BlackBerry devices also feature a MicroSD card port -- but, they still lack the ability to transfer programs to the main memory from the SD card as you might expect to be able to do.

How can I move a program installed before Card Loader to the SD card?
Due to device and OS limitations, Card Loader can only install programs that were either:
"Open" in an SMS opens the Email box instead of SMS
This is a permissions issue. See about setting permissions. For this function to work all permissions must be set to ALLOW.
How do I change the picture used for the Email popup?
Aerize Alerts automatically uses the contacts picture associated with the Email address. These can be changed as normal in the Address Book application. Select
a contact and then choose Edit in the menu.
How do I set an Audio Alarm or Vibration?
The device will still play whichever sound you have selected in the active profile for the specified event. These can be modified in Profiles > Advanced >
(select a profile) > Menu > Edit.
Why are popup notifications not being generated?
There are a few possibilities.
Where is the icon?
Aerize Optimizer does not install an application icon; it is available in the BlackBerry device options. To open, select Options > Aerize Optimizer.
